Policy and Procedures

All orders are packaged and shipped during regular Monrovia City Hall business hours. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock, please allow up to 6 weeks for production.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed packages, or items undelivered due to shipping errors. Please ensure your shipping information is correct prior to check out. We will try and resolve issues within reason, which will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact 626-932-5550 or email cityhall@ci.monrovia.ca.us with any issues.

Orders shipped within the U.S. will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail. All packages are NOT insured. A tracking number will be provided once item is shipped.
